Warranty
Products manufactured by Teak Tubs ApS, Denmark carry a (10) year warranty against manufacturing defects, such as rotting of the wood and decay of the rubber sealant.
Regular "wear and tear" of the products (patina and / or changes in the wood color or grain due to environmental exposure, such as sun and rain) is excluded from this warranty. Teak Tubs ApS, Denmark, will not be responsible for insufficient up-keep nor lack theirof by their customers.
Plumbing fixtures (sinks, faucets, etc.) provided by Teak Tubs ApS, Denmark, but not manufactured by the company, will be covered the warranty extended by each manufacturer.
Warranty Information
Implied warranties including that of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose are expressly limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Teak Tubs ApS, Denmark, disclaims any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties last, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province.

- Teak Tubs ApS, Denmark, reserves the right to make changes in product characteristics, packaging at anytime without notice.
If a defect is found in normal residential use Teak Tubs ApS, Denmark, will at it election, repair, replace or appropriate adjustment. Damages caused by accidents, misuse or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Product damage, due to installation error, product abuse, or product misuse whether performed by a contractor, service company, or the consumer will not be the responsibility of the manufacturer. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Teak Tubs ApS, Denmark with any warranty claims. Warranty is non transferable. Teak Tubs ApS, Denmark, is not responsible for labor changes during installation, or other incidental or consequential costs.
